Domestic shares bounced back from early losses rising 489points in Sensex at 39,601.63 and the Nifty up by 140pts at 11,831.75 on Thursday’s closing, buoyed by gains in metal and financials stocks.
The Federal Reserve of U.S on Wednesday suggested a probable rate-reduction in next month, that help elevated investor’s sentiments.
In value based, the stocks that were most active today include YesBank, Indiabulls Housing, UPL, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank and MarutiSuzuki. Yes Bank stock closed 11.43% higher at Rs115.00 per share, while IndiabullsHousing gained 8.55% at Rs603.00- per share
Among intraday buzzing stocks, Jet Airways witnessed massive gains, quoting share price at Rs73.55-per share up by Rs.40.45 from its previous closing of Rs 33.10 on the NSE.
